Returns and Exchanges
Conditions and Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Original Receipt: If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, we can retrieve your original receipt. Without the original receipt, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
Product Condition: Havnlly reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of any item that does not meet the following conditions: The item has been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. The price tag must be intact and the hygienic protective film must not be removed. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
Promotions: Please note that the return of items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of the offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new terms of sale.
Refunds: You will be refunded according to the original payment method.
Modify or Cancel Online Purchases: Online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified after payment. You can place a new order, select the required items, and process the return of the order that needs to be modified or cancelled.
Returns or exchanges must comply with the conditions, terms and eligibility. Shipping costs are at your own expense
Procedure
1. Select the item you want to return in "My Order Details" and click the "Request Return" button. To return any item you have purchased but not used or worn, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.
2. Obtain an authorization code and return address.
3. After submitting your return request, you can print the authorization code label from the order page. Carefully pack the item using your own shipping materials and attach the label to the outside of the package. Make sure the item is secure in the package as it is your responsibility to deliver it to us in the same condition as you received it.
4. Use the shipping label provided in the package.
5. Prepare your package and put in all the products to be returned, while adhering to the product conditions and the return form.
6. Attach the return label, making sure the barcode is visible.
7. Please promptly deliver your item to any nearest post office or your local postal staff and update your tracking number.
Once our returns center receives your return, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.
If procedures are not followed or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.
